주영은 2010년 R&B 씬에 등장해 독보적인 음색과 감각으로 주목받은 싱어송라이터다. 효린, pH-1, 헤이즈 등과 협업하며 입지를 다졌고, Fountain EP와 Sphere 정규 앨범을 통해 음악적 깊이를 더해왔다. Monsta X, 문빈&산하, Cravity 등의 앨범 프로듀싱을 맡으며 프로듀서로서도 존재감을 드러냈다. 장르적 실험을 거듭하며 알앤비의 대안을 제시해온 그는, 7개국 투어를 마치고 돌아와 독립 아티스트로서의 행보를 증명했다. 2025년 하반기에는 펑크와 록앤롤에서 영감을 받은 새 앨범을 선보일 예정이다.
Jooyoung made his debut in 2010, quickly gaining attention for his distinctive tone and style in the Korean R&B scene. He solidified his presence through collaborations with artists like Hyolyn, pH-1, and Heize, and deepened his artistry with the EP Fountain and full-length album Sphere. As a producer, he has contributed to projects by Monsta X, Moonbin & Sanha, and Cravity. Blending R&B with folk, rock, and electronica, he offers a unique sonic alternative and proved his independence through a successful seven-country tour. In 2025, he will return with a bold new album inspired by punk and rock & roll.
