HAEPAARY(해파리)는 민희(보컬, 이그제큐티브 프로듀서)와 혜원(사운드 프로듀서, 인스트루먼트)로 이루어진 얼트 일렉트로닉(alt-electronic) 듀오로 엄격한 형식과 규율로 점철된 유교 음악에 레이브와 트랜스의 청각적 어법을 결합한 해파리의 트랙들은 정제된 가무악에 숨겨져 있던 팝의 면모를 끌어내며 시류를 상실한 리스너의 소심한 클럽파티를 연상케 한다.
HAEPAARY is an (alt-electronic) duo consisting of Minhee (vocal, executive producer) and Hyewon (sound producer, instrument). Their tracks that combine Confucian music full of strict forms and rules with an auditory usage of rave and trance elicit the aspects of pop that were concealed in refined GaMuAk (singing-dancing-playing musical instruments), reminding one of a timid club party of a listener who has lost track of the trend.
