와와와는 김수현의 DIY 레코딩 프로젝트이다. 2021년, 사이키델릭/개러지록에 포커스를 두고 홀로 만든 첫 앨범 ‘Oh, Wow!‘ 를 발매하며 시작된 프로젝트는 이후 주변의 친구들이 하나 둘 모여들어 라이브 밴드의 형태를 갖추게 되었다. 2022년, 서프록과 컨트리록의 색채가 더해진 2집 ’Midnight Breakfast' 를 발매하였고, 밴드의 시리즈 공연인 ’Wah Wah Wah Show' 를 주기적으로 기획하며 활동을 이어가고 있다.
Wah Wah Wah is the psych/garage rock project of multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter Suhyun Kim formed in Seoul, South Korea. He released two albums quickly and began playing shows with his friends. In addition to the key genres, He blends a variety of different styles such as krautrock, surf rock and country rock.
